Just dig a hole in the side of a Mountain so your home does not fill up with water. This is an earthen home. You could dig down but you would end up with water problems. -

For most people it is less time consuming and cheaper to buy apples, oranges and whatever at the grocery store. Urban fruits tend to picked at by the birds and are full of worms and insects. Want some, I pickup lots that fall from the neighbors trees ?
