   This idea is not included in the Draft Greenest City Action Plan, but it is supported in principle. Convened a high speed rail summit in July 2010 to discuss this proposal

   It would be great if it can be done. However, there are many other aspects that need to be considered for a project like this other than Green (e.g. political, social, security.....issues between two countries.)
