    Why not expand the idea of a demonstration community to encompass all sorts of local green products... , basically create a showcase neighborhood such that by placing their products there, local companies get positive public exposure. The mechanism for subsidies and determining which products can be allowed will be tricky, but I'm sure you'll figure it out.

    The draft Greenest City Action Plan will include directions to explore pedestrian-only and pedestrian-priority streets, but specific locations likely won’t be identified until later (e.g. as part of the transportation plan update).
