Encourage people to compost!!!!! Send out info to people and they will build it! And rainwater cachement systems are GREAT too.

@ Kyle, the City of Vancouver just implemented a food scraps recycling system for residential food waste. If you live in a single family home and the city picks up your yard trimmings, you can now add uncooked fruit and vegetable scraps, coffee grounds and filters, teabags, and eggshells into your yard trimmings cart.
